Systimax CAT 6 Cable is primarily used for computer networks with data transfer rates of 1 Gbps or greater. It is made up of four pairs of copper wires that are all used for data transport. This cable, the sixth generation of twisted pair Ethernet cabling, is made up of four twisted pairs and is either terminated by an RJ45 or a patch or keystone jack. Systimax CAT 6 Cable has a theoretical maximum speed of 10Gbps. This has the potential for faster speeds and reduced crosstalk.
